The WHY AM I DOING THIS bit:

When I made the move into eating unprocessed food, I realised there's not enough spaces in Sydney that serve high quality, vibrant, flavoursome food.

I asked a few of the leading figures of the raw food community – how come we don’t have a raw food restaurant here in Sydney? Their answer was no one wants to take it upon themselves… It’s just too much hard work!

Now I know what they were talking about!

It’s intensive.

However, the kind of response I receive from people after trying this food makes it all worthwhile.

So my idea at this stage is merely to create a space where people can eat delicious food that is also very nutritious: wholefood, enzyme-rich, appetizing, the kind of food that keeps you coming for more – and that is truly GOOD for you.

 

I’m hoping more and more people will eat more and more raw food.

I’m hoping that by shifting into eating more and more raw food, people will notice how it’s improving the health of their bodies, elevating their conscious state of mind, and assisting in creating a sustainable planet for generations to come.

I believe this shift – of understanding what is REALLY good for us - has already started, and I want to play a part in making sure this shift is turning to be a full-blown revolution.

 

So what is this website for?

I'm not sure yet! I keep CHANGING my mind…
