Dance When No One is Watching

My mornings recently got upgraded. I have a private Disco in my room and it operates every morning not too long after I wake up…

It all started by adopting Marc Neumann’s ROAR-ENERGY routine as part of my daily ritual. Marc has taught me how to pulse and squeeze my muscles in order to generate an oxygenation process in my body. The method he taught me consists of about 10-15 minutes of morning exercise that deepened my understanding of my own body, and which, together with his AMAZING roar energy cocktail, allowed me to feel the best I ever did in my life (!) within only 5 days.

I’m a lot stronger and more energetic than I've EVER been before.

Almost religiously, I follow his principles.

Marc recommends a diet that consists of at least 70% raw food. Well, my diet these days is more like 98% raw – so that is easy for me to maintain.

And as far as his oxygenation method goes, I’m still practicing it every morning, and I think I’m getting better at it ;)

I chose the music to accompany me on this routine to be the music from an old Chemical Brothers’ CD (Come With Us) and at the end of Marc’s routine there’s a track I just have to dance to… Yes, by myself, in my room, no one is watching…

It’s superb! Jumping up and down and all around – it’s so much fun!!!

Lately I’ve been pressing the “repeat” button at least once, sometimes even twice if there’s enough time. Dancing as part of my morning routine is just one of the best things that I could do. It makes me feel so alive, so high, how can my day ever go wrong with a start like that???

Usually after the dance party is over, a natural feeling arises and I would sit down to meditate for a little while. Sitting in front of the open door, facing the backyard, I’m pretty quiet. My mind goes on with its normal chatter and I can allow it to go without getting too involved in whatever it engages itself with.

Now I’m ready to start the day!

What are you doing right now? If you are in the comfort of somewhere where you don’t feel embarrassed, try this one out,

The Chemical Brothers - Denmark

or chose your preferred music instead (as long as you make sure it makes you want to MOVE) get out of your chair and start dancing!!! I promise I’m not watching!

Dancing in the mornings is an awesome way to start the day Maya!
The best type of exercise is the type you love and enjoy, because then it's an exercise you will actually consistently do.
Enjoy the morning raw rave :)

I don't have a morning routine, but dancing alone is highly recommended. I usually don't even have music on and just improvise music in my head.

I have been wanting to have music at our Raw Feasts for a long time, I can imagine all that raw energy just bursting out into dance! I guess the logistics of having a CD player, right music etc has always held me back. One of these days....
