In Love with a Lemon Cake
Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at 8:02PM Today I felt pretty creative and the result is the yummiest RAW LEMON CAKE with a hint of RASBERRIES. I named it: Lemon Sunset.
The concept of being in love is normally reserved for romantic relationship ideas.
Not for me though.
I often feel so full of love like my heart is about to explode! This feeling of pure joy and excitement makes me smile so hard sometime my chicks hurt! Or I simply start laughing out loud in the middle of the street (LOL) for no apparent reason.
However there is a very good reason: I feel elated.
Looking at people – everyone is so uniquely beautiful. Looking at trees and watching the sun shines through their leaves. Looking at the sky and observing the top of the buildings, a flock of birds passing by, the moon in the middle of the day. Looking at the frame of my vision and noticing how it hops with every step I take – it’s not smooth at all.
When you ask me how I am – I am amazingly wonderful! I’m perfect... Love is all around me and within me and IS me. Meaning – I’m in love!!!…
Today this lemon cheese cake made my heart sing.
Preparing it, eating it, naming it, delivering it… A cake that is just LOVE from start to finish!
